Для тех, кто старается придерживаться традиций и соблюдает пост, котлеты из гречки станут не только полезным, но еще и очень вкусным блюдом. Оно, также, подойдёт и для вегетарианцев.
Далеко не все любят гречку, но приготовленные из нее котлеты, я уверена, не оставят равнодушными никого. В них вы можете добавить различные ингредиенты, если они постные, то это будут грибы, если нет, то в качестве добавки будет очень хорош сыр.
В гречневые котлеты можно добавить фарш и картофель, все зависит от ваших предпочтений, а еще вы можете посмотреть рецепты с гречкой.
Те, кто любит гречневые котлеты и часто их готовит, раскрывают свои секреты их удачного приготовления:
- в гречневые котлеты можно добавлять острый красный перец, тыкву, творог или жареную морковку;
- для котлет, перед варкой, гречку стоит немного прокалить на сухой сковороде. Варить ее нужно на медленном огне в толстостенной кастрюле;
- варить гречку на котлеты нужно ровно 15 минут под закрытой крышкой, не перемешивая;
- по достижению готовности гречки, выключить огонь и подержать ее еще 10 минут, не открывая крышки, чтобы она настоялась;
- во время варки гречки для котлет, ее можно сразу приправить маслом, сухими грибами и луком, чтобы потом это не добавлять.
Теперь, непосредственно, переходим к приготовлению гречневых котлет.
Рецепт приготовления гречневых котлет с сыром
Для приготовления таких котлет вам понадобится:
- 200 гр. вареной гречки;
- 2 яйца;
- 100 гр. твердого сыра;
- 1 луковица;
- 50 гр. сливочного масла;
- 2 ст. л. муки;
- соль и сушеная зелень – по вкусу;
- 1 ч. ложка сушеного чеснока;
- пол ч. ложки молотого кориандра;
- постное масло.
Рецепт приготовления котлет из гречки с сыром:
- Сварить гречневую кашу. Выше, уже было написано, как правильно приготовить гречку для котлет, поэтому повторяться не будем.
- Мелко режем луковицу и слегка обжариваем ее на сливочном масле до мягкости, а потом дает остыть.
- Твердый сыр трем на крупную терку.
- Готовую гречку соединяем с жареным луком и тертым сыром. Туда же вбиваем яйца и добавляем специи. Все хорошо перемешиваем.
- Добавляем муку и еще раз хорошо вымешиваем, а затем, приступаем к формированию котлеток.
- Готовые котлеты обваливаем в муке и хорошо обжариваем с двух сторон на постном масле.
Гречневые котлеты складываем на бумажное полотенце и даем остыть.
Употреблять гречневые котлеты можно как самостоятельное блюдо. Оно имеет преимущество: быть вкусным в любом виде, независимо от того, холодное оно или горячее.
