Грецкий орех с давних пор считается очень полезным. Как и все орехи, он калориен. Если добавить в готовое блюдо, оно станет заметно более сытным.

Благодаря оригинальному внешнему виду его часто используют в украшении блюда и выпечки. Грецкий можно приобрести практически в любом продуктовом магазине или же заказать здоровые продукты здесь.

Польза ореха

Из-за высокого содержания витамина Е в виде гамма-токоферола эффективно снижает риск сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, а также понижает артериальное давление.

Грецкий орех полезен для костей из-за своих противовоспалительных веществ. Они же помогают бороться с лишним весом.

Еще он уникален тем, что содержит группу антиоксидантов, которые снижают риск онкологических заболеваний. Особенно предстательной и молочной желез.  Позитивно влияет на мужскую потенцию.

Рецепт

Салат легок в приготовлении и его можно как предложить гостям на праздник, так и семье на ужин.

Вкуснее всего салат получается с заправкой из самодельного майонеза или домашнего соуса. Его можно сделать смешная сметану и майонез, добавив немного специй по вкусу.

Необходимые продукты:

  • 500 гр - куриное мясо;
  • 300 гр - маринованные огурцы;
  • 4 шт - яйца;
  • 80 гр - грецкий орех;
  • 150 гр - лук;
  • 300 гр – майонез;

Приготовление:

  1. Сварить куриное мясо.  Её лучше класть уже в кипящую воду, так она получится сочной. Сварить до готовности.
  2. Луковицу почистить и мелко нарезать. Затем его нужно залить кипятком на несколько минут, а потом обдать холодной водой. Лук станет не таким горьким.
  3. Яйца нужно сварить вкрутую и нарезать кубиками.
  4. Грецкие орехи почистить и измельчить. Это можно сделать с помощью блендера или просто порубить ножом. Орех не нужно прекращать в муку. Он должен чувствоваться в салате.
  5. Маринованные огурцы нарезать мелким кубиком. Лучше выбирать мелкие и хрустящие.
  6. Мясо нужно нарезать мелким кубиком.

Салат укладывается слоями. Сначала куриная грудка, потом огурцы, яйца, лук и орехи. Каждый слой нужно щедро промазывать майонезом, иначе он будет сухим.  Как вариант можно сделать немного больше слоев разделить ингредиенты пополам. Другими словами выложить сначала половину курицы, яиц и других ингредиентов, а потом все слои повторить.

Можно украсить салат крупно порезанными или просто разобранными на половинки грецкими орехами.

Салат готов.  Его можно подавать сразу же, пока он еще немного теплый или оставить в холодильнике на пару часов для того, чтобы он лучше пропитался.
