Требования к школьной столовой
К данному помещению предъявляются особые требования, как по санитарно-гигиеническому состоянию, так и мерам противопожарной безопасности.
Школьная столовая – это место скопления детей разных возрастов. У них разный иммунитет, способности и физические возможности. Для столовой нужна мощная система вентиляции от продуктов сгорания и окисления на кухне, одновременного дыхания сотен людей, но в то же время без сквозняков и сильных потоков воздуха.
Следующим шагом будет вход и выход из помещения. Врывающаяся толпа учеников старше четвертого класса, и колонны младшеклассников должны иметь возможность разойтись. Вопросы безопасности включают в себя быструю эвакуацию в случае чрезвычайных происшествий, поэтому столовая должна комплектоваться дополнительным пожарным выходом.
Кухня должна быть отделена от места приема пищи фундаментальными стенами, оснащена собственной системой вентиляции и иметь отдельный выход.
Столовая может быть частью школьного здания, или выполненной в виде пристройки. Если же место для питания организовано в отдельно стоящем доме, то обязательно оборудовать теплый переход.
Для школьной столовой также нужно предусмотреть место для буфета, оснащенного мойкой.
Советы по оформлению
Столовая должна быть просторной, чтобы между столами были достаточно широкие проходы, дети не цеплялись за мебель. Это влечет за собой битую посуду, еду на полу, поломку мебели, повреждение одежды, и нанесение ущерба здоровью ребенка.
Стены нужно оформлять в яркой, праздничной цветовой гамме. Их можно украсить плакатами, картинками, которые сделали сами дети. Привлечение школьников к оформлению даст понять, что это их помещение, к которому стоит относиться аккуратно и внимательно.
Расстановка столов также может украсить интерьер, одновременно делая его более оптимальным для использования. К этому тоже можно привлечь детей, предложив ответить на вопросы, как им будет удобнее обедать.
Сделать с помощью детей не школьную столовую, но интересное кафе, куда приятно ходить, и неудобно мусорить.
