Салат нежность с курицейПрекраснейший салат, полностью оправдывающий своё название. Такой салат, в самом деле, получается не только нежным, но ещё сытным и вкусным. Приготовить салат нежность с курицей можно не только к праздничному застолью, но и к ужину вдвоём. Верно только одно: такой салат не разочарует вас – это точно. Попробуйте приготовить по данному рецепту.

Ингредиенты:

- 350 гр. куриное филе (грудинка);

- 150 гр. чернослива;

- 1-2 шт. свежих огурцов;

- 70 гр. орехи (грецкие);

- 5 шт. яиц;

- майонез.

Способ приготовления:

Сварить, в подсоленной воде, курицу, затем её нужно остудить и нарезать небольшой соломкой. Яйца тоже сварить круто, потом остудить в холодной воде, очистить от скорлупы, желтки отделить от белков.

Натереть желтки яиц на мелкую тёрку, а белки – на крупную. Молодые огурцы помыть, нарезать соломкой. Взять чернослив, хорошо промыть водой, затем положить в кипяток, пусть постоит минут 10. Когда он разбухнет, слить воду. Чернослив остудить, нарезать соломкой. Ядра грецких орехов измельчить ножом. Можно начинать непосредственно готовить салат нежность с курицей, для этого взять салатницу. Первым слоем выложить курицу, полить её майонезом. Сверху положить чернослив и посыпать грецкими орехами. Следующий слой – яичные белки, тоже полить майонезом. Потом огурцы и майонез. Последним слоем выложить яичные желтки и украсить немного зеленью. Поставить в холодильник на пару часов для пропитки.
