Очень необычное и интересное сочетание ингредиентов: курица, ананасы и кукуруза. Но откидывая сомнения, салат с ананасами и курицей получается до безумия вкусным, его хочется кушать ещё и ещё. Готовится он несложно, много не займет вашего времени, попробуйте приготовить.
Ингредиенты:
- 1 б. ананасов (консервированных);
- 1б. кукурузы (консервированной);
- 500 гр. курицы (куриное филе, окорочка или грудинка);
- 100 гр. твёрдого сыра;
- 3 шт. яиц;
- майонез.
Способ приготовления:
Салат получается многослойный. Куриное мясо сварить, остудить, нарезать и положить на дно блюда;
Промазать майонезом. У кукурузы слить жидкость и положить её третьим слоем. Покрыть майонезом. Консервированные ананасы нарезать кусочками, не очень мелко, опять промазать майонезом. Седьмым слоем идут вареные яйца, натертые и снова, слой смазывается майонезом. Верх салата посыпается сыром твёрдым, натёртым на крупной тёрке. Смазать майонезом.
Майонеза ложить много не рекомендуется, если он жирный, лучше использовать нежирный и ложить тонко. Оформить салат с ананасами и курицей можно так: выложить красиво колечки ананаса, посыпать кукурузными зёрнышками и разукрасить листиками петрушки. Оставить салат пропитываться.
