Фасоль сама по себе очень питательна. Блюда из неё готовятся быстро и легко. Фасоль содержит нужные нам белки и витамины, а также микроэлементы и клетчатку. Блюда из фасоли очень подходят для желающих похудеть, даже не взирая на их питательность. Фасоль не даст вам набрать жир в ненужных местах.
В салатах вы можете использовать и консервированную фасоль и отваренную свежую. Можно брать фасоль любого сорта. Свежая фасоль хороша с сыром, ветчиной, зеленью, сухарями или копчёным мясом. А сейчас мы пробуем готовить салат, в котором будет присутствовать фасоль и колбаса.
Отвариваем одну – две горсти красной фасоли. Два сырых яйца размешиваем, солим и из них поджариваем два тоненьких блина, которые остывшими нарезаем полосками. Нарезаем луковицу, натираем две морковки на крупной тёрке. И на сковороде поджариваем морковку и лук. На другой сковороде пережариваем десять кружочков колбасы с двумя – тремя зубочками чеснока. А теперь перемешиваем фасоль, лук и морковку, чеснок и колбасу, а также порезанные блинчики из яйца. Всё это перемешиваем и солим. Чтобы добиться лучшего вкуса, нужно салату дать постоять в холодильнике примерно пять часов.
А теперь приготовим ещё один салат. Для него возьмём банку консервированной фасоли, банку шампиньонов, оливки, копчёную колбасу и немного тёртого сыра. Сливаем из обеих банок жидкость. Целые шампиньоны режем на четыре части. Режем соломкой колбасу. Натираем на тёрке сыр. Оливки должны превратиться у нас в кружочки.
Дальше достаём красивую ёмкость для салата, в которой будем смешивать все наши компоненты. По вкусу посыпаем солью. Можно заправить салат майонезом, а можно любым другим вашим любимым соусом. Мы познакомили вас с двумя салатами из фасоли с колбасой. Может быть, какой-то из них вам понравился.
