Салат с мясом сможет приготовить даже неопытная хозяйка. Мясные салаты отлично дополнят не только праздничный стол, но и станут вкусным дополнением к повседневным блюдам.
Наиболее простые рецепты салатов с мясом состоят из двух-трех компонентов и основной составляющей — мяса (отварная говядина, язык, печень, сердце). Для заправки используется майонез или соусы.
Выбирая мясо для салата, лучше отдать предпочтение органическому мясу. У многих сразу возникает вопрос: «Что такое органическое мясо — где купить и как выбрать действительно натуральный продукт?». Оно маркируется специальными наклейками на упаковке. Наклейка на упаковке гарантирует качество товара, ведь для ее получения производителю товара необходимо пройти немало проверок.
Классический салат с мясом «Столичный».
Один из популярнейших и широко известных рецептов классического салата «Столичный». Блюдо пользуется большой популярностью у кулинаров уже долгие годы. Многие путают его с салатом «Оливье» (ингредиенты практически одинаковые), но в классическом рецепте «Оливье» используется вареная колбаса. В советские времена «Докторская», но сейчас таких строгих ограничений нет.
Ингредиенты:
- картофель 300 гр;
- говядина 300 гр;
- куриное яйцо 3шт;
- соленые огурцы 3шт. (можно использовать маринованные);
- морковь 1 шт;
- лук репчатый 1 шт;
- майонез и соль по вкусу.
Приготовление
- Картофель отварить в мундире.
- Морковь почистить и отварить.
- Яйца и говядину отварить по отдельности.
- Картофель, яйца, говядину нарезать небольшими кубиками.
- Морковь и огурцы, нарезанные кубиками добавить к овощам и говядине.
- Добавить мелко нарезанный лук.
- Тщательно перемешать.
- Перед подачей посолить, заправить майонезом и еще раз перемешать.
Классический «Столичный» салат с мясом готов.
Говядину можно заменить куриным филе и добавить в салат каперсы, консервированный горошек или зелень. Разновидностей салата очень много. К тому же рецепт очень прост, требует минимального количества продуктов и минимальных кулинарных навыков (отварить, порезать). А при выборе качественных продуктов успешный результат гарантирован.
Соорудить салат с мясом и порадовать гостей сможет любой человек (даже совсем не умеющий готовить), а для опытных кулинаров приготовление вообще займет минимум времени.
