В наши дни салат цезарь стал очень популярным. Его готовят с разнообразными и многочисленными ингредиентами. Здесь встречаются не только мясо – индейка, бекон, ветчина, язык, но и самые разные морепродукты - крабы, креветки. Салатные листья – это радиккьо, ромэн, китайский салат, латук. В качестве дополнительных ингредиентов добавляют разные сыры, орехи, помидоры, яйца и многое другое. Обычно, чтобы приготовить салат цезарь классический с курицей, меняются некоторые продукты, название остаётся прежнее. Предлагаем вашему вниманию один из таких салатов.
Ингредиенты:
- ? пучка салат «Ромэн»;
- 1 шт. грудка куриная;
- 3 кусочка хлеб белый (батон);
- 50 гр. твёрдый сыр (Пармезан);
- 0,3 гр. лимон;
- 1 ч. л. горчица;
- помидоры черри;
- 70 гр. масло (оливковое);
- 3 зуб. чеснок;
- 0,5 ч. л. уксус;
- перец, соль.
Способ приготовления:
Перебрать и помыть салат. Отварить курицу до готовности, остудить и разобрать. Для приготовления крутонов: почистить и нарезать чеснок. У хлеба удалить корочку, мякоть порезать кусочками. Разогреть сковородку, налить оливковое масло, выложить и обжарить хлеб на маленьком огне. Приготовление соуса: в небольшую миску выложить желтки яиц и размять их вилкой, добавить к ним горчицу, перемешать, добавить сок лимона и снова перемешать. Затем добавить уксус и влить оливковое масло, посыпать перцем и солью по вкусу. Всю массу хорошо перемешать.
Взять широкое блюдо и на него выложить, порванные руками, листья салата, полить приготовленным соусом и аккуратно перемешать. Филе курицы нарезать кубиками и положить на салат. Сверху посыпать крутонами. Помидоры черри разрезать на две половинки и выложить по кругу на тарелку. Полить соусом салат цезарь классический с курицей и посыпать хорошо сыром пармезан, натёртым на мелкой тёрке. Вот салат цезарь готов. Приятного аппетита!
