Мята- это популярное растение, доступное в наших широтах. Своеобразная ароматная трава поистине уникальна- она широко используется в косметологии, ароматерапии и кулинарии.
Мята очень полезна для организма и обладает спазмолитическим и антисептическим эффектами; также растение отлично влияет на нервную систему человека, оказывая седативное успокаивающее действие.
Одним из главных достоинств мяты считают ее возможность нормализовать работу желудочно-кишечного тракта и выработку желудочного сока, улучшить пищеварение и перистальтику кишечника. Для этих целей употребление в пищу различных салатов с мятой станет отличным решением.
Свежая мята очень хорошо подходит для салатов. Мята прекрасно сочетается практически с любыми продуктами и везде, где появляется, она вносит нотку приятно бодрящей свежести.
Чтобы извлечь из этого растения максимум пользы главное - купить мяту свежую, без признаков повреждений насекомыми и следов химической обработки.
Греческий салат с мятой
Наличие мяты в самом популярном по всему миру салате поможет по-новому раскрыть его вкус. Для его приготовления в одной большой миске необходимо смешать нарезанные помидоры, огурцы, зеленый перец, красный лук, греческие маслины, сыр фета, петрушку, мяту и чеснок.
Далее стоит приготовить заправку из оливкового масла и лимонного сока. Затем нужно полить овощи соусом, посолить по вкусу и тщательно перемешать.
При подаче блюдо можно украсить листьями мяты.
Салат с арбузом, фетой и мятой
Этот неординарный и максимально простой салат поразит сочетанием вкусов даже редких гурманов. Для его приготовления арбуз и фету следует порезать на небольшие части и перемешать. Заправить ингредиенты соусом из винного уксуса и оливкового масла. Затем следует добавить веточки мяты, кедровые орешки, веточки мяты и черный молотый перец.
Перед подачей салат необходимо посолить.
Салат из тунца с мятой по‑сицилийски
Для начала следует отварить 200 г пасты вид пенне до состояния аль денте. Измельчить листья мяты и чеснок и смешать их с консервированным тунцом.
Одну луковицу нужно пассировать на оливковом масле и добавить в него 300 г очищенных заблаговременно помидоров, посолить по вкусу.
Далее нужно приготовить заправку из оливкового масла и белого винного уксуса из пропорции 4:1.
Перед подачей нужно смешать все ингредиенты, добавить черный перец и украсит блюдо веточками мяты.
