Простой в приготовлении салат греческий, хорош, как гарнир к рыбному и мясному блюду.
Для приготовления салата необходимы самые свежие и отборные продукты. Большое значение имеет, какое масло используется в салате. Например, ребята производят очень вкусные масла, которые идеально подойдут к этому блюду. Также нужно учитывать, что нарезка на этот салат должна быть крупной. Все ингредиенты должны быть отчетливо видны.
Лук для салата лучше взять сладких сортов. В качестве приправы можно использовать различные травы или их смесь. Подавать салат можно разными способами. Но чаще всего его выкладывают на листья салата. Так он выглядит более привлекательно и вызывает аппетит.
Ингредиенты:
- 3-4 шт. томаты;
- 1-2 шт. огурцы;
- 200 гр. сыр фета;
- 1-2 шт. болгарский красный перец;
- 80 гр. маслины;
- оливковое масло;
- 1 головка красный лук репчатый;
- сок из ½ лимона;
- соль, чеснок, молотый перец чёрный;
- листья салата, базилик, петрушка, сельдерей
Способ приготовления:
Дно салатницы аккуратно нужно выложить салатными листьями. Все овощи помыть, обсушить. Крупно нарезать перец, помидоры, огурцы, лук репчатый кольцами и тоже аккуратно выложить на салат зелёный сверху. Также можно нарезать все овощи кубиками. Все зависит от собственных пожеланий. Салат греческий не рекомендуется перемешивать. Тут можно проявлять изобретательность, например ломтики перца, выложить по краю салатницы, ближе к средине положить помидоры и огурцы, и многое другое, что позволяет ваша фантазия. Добавить маслины сверху на салат, также сыр порубить кубиками, положить к маслинам и посыпать зеленью, мелко порубленной.
Пикантность салату придаёт базилик. Здесь можно использовать и другую зелень – кинзу или петрушку. И в завершение надо заправить салат греческий лимонным соком и оливковым маслом, добавить по желанию перец и соль, салат готов. Он идеально подходит к мясным блюдам, вкус которых будет подчеркнут благодаря большому содержанию свежих овощей в салате. Готовить его желательно прямо перед подачей. Так в овощах сохранится сок и вкус будет лучше.
