Салат из капустыПитательное и лёгкое блюдо, которое имеет в своём составе несколько видов овощей или один вид – это салат из капусты, его заправляют сметаной, разными соусами, майонезом. Для капустных салатов используют сырые овощи: разные виды капусты, редис, помидоры, зелёный салат, свежие огурцы и многие другие. В салаты из капусты, по желанию, можно добавлять и фрукты.

Ингредиенты:

- 40 гр. капусты;

- 40 гр. морковки;

- по 1 ст.л. растительного масла, лимонного сока и уксуса;

- ¼ ч. л. готовой горчицы и мёда;

- 15 гр. солёного сельдерея.

Способ приготовления:

Капусту сполоснуть холодной водой, дать ей стечь, верхние листья удалить, во избежание накопления нитратов, если есть сомнения. Затем нашинковать мелко, морковку помыть, почистить её и нарезать длинными, тоненькими полосочками. Капусту выложить в салатник и деревянным пестиком толочь до мягкости, можно капусту помять и руками, смешать с морковкой. Добавить горчицу, масло растительное и мёд, приправить солёным сельдереем, снова перемешать. Выложить подготовленные ингредиенты в неглубокую миску либо салатницу, посолить, всё перемешать тщательно и хорошо сдобрить лимонным соком или уксусом, но лучше всего соком лимона. Сверху можно положить пару веточек петрушки.
