Салат из свежих овощей это не только дешево, его можно приготовить на скорую руку, ко всему прочему он будет вкусным и полезным. Вот один из вариантов приготовления овощного салата, хорош данный рецепт, тем, что не состоит из сезонных продуктов и купить все его ингредиенты можно в каждом, даже не большом супермаркете в любое время года.
Еще один плюс этого блюда в том, что оно великолепно подойдет и к праздничному столу, который обычно перегружен всякими тяжелыми яствами. Салат из свежих овощей добавит легкости и будет способствовать лучшему усвоению жирной пищи.
Для данного блюда вам понадобятся одна не большая свекла, одно крупное яблоко, пучок зелени, средняя морковка, немного майонеза и один лимон.
Морковь лучше всего тереть на специальной терке для приготовления корейской моркови. Тогда кусочки будут тонкими и длинными. Ту же операцию необходимо проделать и со свеклой. Зелень рубим как можно мельче. Яблоко, наоборот, режим крупными кусками. После того как яблоки нарезаны, сразу же сбрызгиваем их лимонным соком, это необходимо для того чтобы они не потемнели и не начали окисляться на воздухе. Сок лимона поможет сохранить им аппетитный вид. Салат можно заправить как майонезом, так и оливковым маслом.
Последнее прекрасно подойдет для людей, которые соблюдают пост или стараются придерживаться здорового образа жизни. Для тех же, кто не представляет салат без майонеза, сделать его немного полезней можно приготовив данный соус дома, своими руками. Также домашний майонез хорош тем, что во время его приготовления можно регулировать такие свойства продукта как кислота, острота или количество соли.
Тем, кто любит в блюдах острые нотки, можно добавить в салат зубчик чеснока, выдавленный через пресс. Данный ингредиент сделает салат не только пикантней, но и полезней, ведь чеснок повышает иммунитет особенно в зимнее время.
