Основой любого вегетарианского стола являются овощные салаты, к тому же данный вид салатов идеальным сопровождением самых разнообразных мясных блюд.

Салаты из овощей обладают довольно низкой калорийностью, они легко усваиваются организмом, снабжая его полезными микроэлементами. Такие салаты желательно употреблять в пищу тем людям, которые хотят похудеть. Всегда перед приготовлением еды, на кухне нужно убрать. Главное достоинство данных блюд – это их доступность, ведь овощей в магазинах и на рынках великое множество и цена их относительно невысока, поэтому овощи доступны всем слоям населения, особенно в сезонное время. Салат из овощей очень вкусный, его вы можете приготовить и из самых дешевых ингредиентов. Хотите приготовить простое, но довольно сытное блюдо? Тогда приступайте к приготовлению картофельного салата.

Ингредиенты

Ингредиенты для овощного салата:

  • 6 шт. картофель среднего размера;
  • 1 шт. луковица крупная;
  • 4 ст. л. уксуса столового;
  • 3 ст. л. сахара;
  • полстакана зеленых оливок (без косточек);
  • черный перец, соль и растительное масло.

Способ приготовления

Клубни картофеля хорошо помойте, затем очистите от кожуры и нарежьте, чтобы получились некрупные кубики. Одну луковицу тоже очистите, сполосните под струей воды и тонко нашинкуйте, чтобы вышли тонкие кольца. Разогрейте на огне сковороду, влейте любого растительного масла, хорошо его нагрейте и положите кольца лука, обжаривайте их до тех пор, пока не станут золотистого цвета.

После выложите его на тарелку, а в сковороду поместите нарезанный картофель, если мало масла растительного, то добавьте немного. Обжарьте картошку, помешивая периодически, около 7-10 минут, положите к картофелю в сковороду обжаренный лук, подсолите, поперчите черным свежемолотым перцем, слегка перемешайте и данную смесь оставьте на сковороде еще минуты на 3.

Зеленые оливки (без косточек) разрежьте на две половинки, добавьте к картофельно-луковой смеси и подлейте в стакана воды. Все это поставьте на огонь и тушите, пока картофель не станет мягкой, не забывайте только помешивать. В стакан влейте уксус и разведите в нем сахар, затем добавьте в сковороду, на небольшом огне доведите только до кипения и сразу же сковороду уберите с огня. Готовый салат посыпьте петрушкой мелкорубленой, всю массу аккуратно перемешайте и подавайте на стол в горячем виде.
