Салат, конечно, мексиканский, но существует уже столько его вариантов, что хочется перепробовать разные и выбрать для себя тот, что понравится больше. Давайте и мы посмотрим и оценим некоторые из них.
Вот для такого варианта возьмём консервированную кукурузу, помидоры черри, маслины без косточек, лайм или лимон, листья салата. Начнём с листьев. Помоем их и порвём произвольными кусочками. В туже ёмкость добавим кукурузу и маслины, которые предварительно наречем. С помидорами поступаем так же – режем и пересыпаем в нашу ёмкость. Выжимаем сок из лайма или лимона. Заправляем салат соком, маслом, перчим его, солим и перемешиваем осторожно, чтобы листочки салата не помялись. Понравилось?
Пробуем следующую версию, для которой нам понадобится банка красной консервированной фасоли, банка консервированных шампиньонов, три помидора, два свежих огурца, пучок укропа. Готовится салат просто. Самое тяжёлое – порезать кубиками огурцы и помидоры. Дальше сливаем жидкость из банок с фасолью и грибами.
Шампиньончики тоже придётся тоненько порезать. Итак, в выбранную посуду складываем помидоры, фасоль, огурцы, шампиньоны, нарезанный укроп. Не забываем посолить и заправить майонезом. Вот такой получился салат. Пробуем и переходим к следующему варианту салата. Он у нас будет с курицей.
Отварим её, остудим и порежем соломкой. Яйца мы уже отварили? Хорошо. Чистим их и трём на тёрке или рубим мелко. Дальше очередь сладкого перца. Нужно удалить семечки и перегородки. Теперь можно резать перец, лук и заранее почищенный сельдерей. Осталось только вымыть листья салата и порвать их. Складываем все компоненты в ёмкость, перемешиваем их и заливаем соусом из сока лимона и оливкового масла. Этот вариант мексиканского салата тоже можно подавать на стол.
