Корейская еда – это блюда не только вкусные, а и экономичные, корейский стол, как и любой другой азиатской страны – великое множество самых разнообразных закусок, сопровождающих одно либо два больших блюда. К тому же это получается довольно красиво, вашим гостям наверняка понравится, и ни один из них не останется голодным. Весь секрет в закусках, попробуйте приготовить салат по-корейски из баклажанов.
Как правило, данный салат необходимо готовить заранее, желательно где-то за сутки до того, как он будет подаваться на стол, за это время он хорошо промаринуется, все ингредиенты «соединятся» между собой и салат приобретет более насыщенный вкус.
Ингредиенты для салата:
- 2 шт. средних баклажан;
- 2 шт. корня моркови;
- 2 шт. перец сладкий;
- 2 шт. лук-репка;
- 5 ст. л. растительное масло;
- 1 ст. л. столовый уксус (6%);
- 1 ст. л. соус соевый;
- соль.
Приготовление:
Хорошо помытые баклажаны порежьте соломкой (не чистите), если баклажаны небольшие, то можно разрезать только на две части, получатся небольшие полукольца. Посолите их и ставьте при комнатной температуре примерно на один час, за это время они пустят сок, с которым выйдет вся горечь из баклажан, обязательно слейте его. На конфорке разогрейте сковороду на среднем огне и обжарьте баклажаны, должен быть слегка золотистый цвет.
Морковь нужно помыть, очистить и нарезать ее на небольшие кусочки. Лук репку почистите, сполосните ее водой, нарежьте, должны получиться полукольца. Сладкий перец тоже нужно помыть, разрезать на две половинки, удалить из них семенники и порезать тонкой соломкой. Все овощи соедините и положите к ним обжаренные баклажаны, массу перемешайте.
Приготовьте заправку. Для ее приготовления в миску влейте растительное масло, соевый соус и яблочный уксус, перемешайте все ингредиенты. Подготовленные овощи залейте заправкой, перемешайте хорошо, если есть необходимость, то подсолите салат по вкусу, накройте миску крышкой и на сутки поставьте в холодное место. За это время салат несколько раз не забудьте перемешать.
Если вы поклонник более острой пищи, то можете в соус добавить приправы, которые используются для приготовления моркови по-корейски. Салат из баклажан по-корейски можно кушать не только как самостоятельно блюдо, но и подавать к мясу.
