Выбор
Начинать нужно с типа осветительной лампы и цветовой температуры. Для источника света в ночнике лучшим вариантом является светодиодный источник. Он экономичный, может работать всю ночь с минимум затрат электроэнергии. Цветовая температура выбирается 3200-4500°К. Это значит, что видимый свет будет желтым или бледно-желтым. Именно такой тип освещения ассоциируется у человека с веч6ером и ночью, он будет настраивать на сон, позволит лучше высыпаться. Более белый свет воспринимается дневным, вступает в диссонанс с подсознанием, нарушает ритм организма.
Вторым важным показателем станет возможность регулировки яркости. Это удобно, позволит ориентироваться в комнате не включая другие источники света. При отходе ко сну можно уменьшить до минимума, экономя энергию.
Размер и форма определят возможность установки, сочетаемость с остальным интерьером. Лучшим вариантом будет выбор настольного типа ночника. Прибор нужно размещать невысоко, чтобы он освещал только участок комнаты, оставляя остальное пространство в тени.
