Черная икра считается деликатесом, поэтому существуют способы, позволяющие растянуть наслаждение этим продуктом. Салат с добавлением икры — безупречный вариант, лакомиться которым могут все, включая детей.
Один из самых удачных рецептов неприлично прост: нужно купить черную икру, свежий огурец, пять куриных яиц и зелень. Овощ и яйца мелко нарезают, перемешивается. Лучшая заправка в данном случае – очень густая сметана с высокой жирностью.
Богатый вкус
Еще один потрясающий вариант — это смесь пряных трав, сельди, маринованных грибочков и крабовых палочек. В этой версии салата используется и красная, и черная икра. Но в исключительных случаях количество ингредиентов можно сократить. Также в такой салатик добавляют отварную свеклу, куриное яйцо и репчатый лук. Пикантность салату обеспечивает майонез — не самый полезный, но восхитительно вкусный соус.
Морской — значит сытный
Кальмары, семга, черная икра — такое трио вызовет фурор на любом праздничном столе. Каждый ингредиент безумно вкусный сам по себе, а вместе они создают фантастически вкусную композицию. Завершающий штрих — майонез хорошего качества.
В чем секрет успеха?
Черная икра имеет тонкий, уникальный вкус. Ее не спутать ни с чем другим, настолько он запоминающийся. В салате важно, чтобы икра не потерялась среди других ингредиентов. Отсюда вытекает главное правило: количество икры должно быть достаточным. Она впечатляет не только своим вкусом, но и цветом. Черный — не частый гость на столе.
Россыпь темных икринок смотрится изысканно, необычно, аппетитно. Такое блюдо сложно забыть, ему не зазорно уделить много внимания, предоставив особенное место на столе.
Качество и свежесть
Ничто не делает икру столь ароматной, как два параметра: дата изготовления и натуральность. Качественный продукт не содержит консервантов, его состав полностью натурален. Икра должна быть свежей, иначе вкусовые качества будут теряться. Поскольку продукт очень полезен для здоровья, здорово иметь возможность баловать себя им постоянно.
Икра прославилась солидным набором аминокислот и жизненно важных для человека минералов, включая железо.
