Если вы долго искали экзотическое блюдо, которое не только украсит праздничный стол, но и приятно удивит необычным вкусом, то салат королевский это то, что вам нужно. Для того чтобы приготовить блюдо с таким ярким названием, вам понадобится пара картофелин, сладкая свекла, сто грамм твердого сыра, по сто грамм чернослива, изюма и кураги, сто грамм винограда, 50 грамм орехов и крупная морковь.
Орехи могут быть любые, грецкие, фундук, кешью или фисташки, все зависит от ваших личных вкусов и предпочтений. Вместо винограда можно использовать вяленый яблоки или гранат. Заправляется королевский салат майонезом, количество которого зависит от предпочтений готовящего.
Сам процесс приготовление начнем с того, что отварим овощи вместе с кожурой, затем охладим и очистим. Сухофрукты следует тщательно промыть, ошпарить кипятком, залить горячей водой и варить в течение, приблизительно 20 минут, после этого откидываем отваренные фрукты на дуршлаг, выкладываем на салфетку и ждем, когда из них уйдет лишняя влага.
После того как сухофрукты высушены, а овощи приготовлены, необходимо взять широкое плоское блюдо и слегка смазывает его майонезом, затем распределяем по нему мелко нарезанный кубиками картофель, а сверху вновь покрываем майонезом. Удобнее всего использовать майонез в мягких тюбиках. Необходимо сделать с краю упаковки надрез, превращая ее в некое подобие кондитерского шприца, также благодаря тому, что нет необходимости намазывать каждый слой салата ложкой, он останется мягким и воздушным.
Далее таким же способом нарезаем и выкладываем морковь, курагу и свеклу. Каждый слой перемазываем майонезом. За свеклой следует сыр, измельченный на мелкой терке, потом нарезанный соломкой чернослив. На сыр и чернослив майонез не кладется, украшается салат виноградом и орехами.
