Салат с авокадо и огурцомВсе, кто любит авокадо скажут, что сложно испортить вкус созревшего авокадо. Можно назвать «классическим» необычное сочетание чеснока и авокадо. А прибавив к данным ингредиентам ещё и зелёный свежий огурчик, то получится вкусный, очень нежный и полезный салат с авокадо и огурцом, его вы будете готовить постоянно, угощать таким блюдом своих друзей и близких. Надеемся, что данный рецепт понравится многим

Ингредиенты:

- 2 шт. небольшой огурец;

- 2 шт. авокадо;

- 2 шт. яйцо;

- сок лимона;

- растительное масло, соль

- чеснок.

Способ приготовления:

Два огурца помыть и порезать небольшими кубиками. С плодов авокадо снять кожуру, разрезать вдоль на две половинки и вынуть косточки. Авокадо нарезать большими кубиками (около 2 см.) и сбрызнуть соком из лимона. В подсоленной воде сварить вкрутую два яйца. Охладить, почистить и нарезать тоже кубиками. Зубчики чеснока очистить и пропустить через чесночницу или ножом мелко изрубить. В небольшой миске соединить все подготовленные ингредиенты (огурцы, авокадо, яйцо, чеснок), добавить растительное масло, посолить, как кто любит. Выложить красиво салат с авокадо и огурцом в салатницу или креманку и можно кушать.
