Вот уже на прилавках появляется свежая, сочная клубника… куда там тепличной!
Она так и притягивает взгляд. А уж какие вкусные десерты из нее можно приготовить! Например, клубнично-шоколадный чизкейк. Это нежный, легкий, летний десерт. Готовить его просто – кухня точно не успеет вам надоесть за время готовки.
Итак, для чизкейка нужны следующие ингредиенты:
стакан сахара (лучше коричневого);
двести грамм сдобного печенья;
сто грамм сливочного масла;
полкило творога;
двести грамм шоколада (лучше темного, однако с клубникой неплохо сочетается и белый);
пол литра сливок (жирность – 33%);
двести грамм клубники;
двадцать грамм желатина;
сто миллилитров воды;
кокосовая стружка и листики мяты для украшения.
Сначала нужно приготовить основу. Шоколад (50 грамм) нужно поломать на мелкие кусочки, добавить в него сливочное масло, а после растопить. Можно пользоваться микроволновкой или же водяной баней. Печенье нужно измельчить (лучше блендером) и добавить в масляно-шоколадную массу. Далее берется форма (она должна быть разъемной, чтобы можно было потом без труда вытащить чизкейк). В нее выкладывается полученная основа и ставится в холодильник.
Теперь нужно приготовить заливку. Для этого оставшийся шоколад нужно поломать, залить сливками (сто грамм) и поставить на водяную баню. Шоколад должен полностью раствориться. Творог протирается. Далее в него добавляется сахар и сливки (оставшиеся четыреста грамм). Массу нужно взбить миксером и добавить в нее остывшую смесь шоколада и сливок и перемешать до получения однородной массы.
После нужно замочить желатин, нагреть, дождаться его полного растворения и остудить. Пока желатин остывает, нужно помыть клубнику и нарезать ее на крупные куски. Желатин и ягоды добавляются в заливку.
Из холодильника достается форма с основой. На ее поверхность аккуратно выкладывается заливка, выравнивается. Чизкейк ставится в холодильник на четыре часа.
Готовый чизкейк вынимается из формы, украшается коксовой и шоколадной стружкой, листиками мяты, свежими ягодами.
