Наверное, на свете нет ничего прекраснее, чем сочные домашние мясные котлеты, приготовленные мамиными руками. Попробуйте приготовить котлеты по этому рецепту, получается просто изумительно, и, кстати, готовятся они совсем не сложно.
Необходимые продукты:
700 грамм фарша из говядины и свинины
1 головка репчатого лука
1 яйцо
2 кусочка белого хлеба
4 ст. л. молока
Перец
Соль
Специи
Растительное масло
Рецепт приготовления домашних котлет
Фарш из свинины и говядины хорошенько выбиваем, а после перемешиваем. Добавляем к нему перец, соль и другие любимые специи по вкусу.
Замачиваем кусочки хлеба в молоке, после чего измельчаем их и сливаем излишки молока. Добавляем хлеб к фаршу и снова перемешиваем.
Вбиваем 1 куриное яйцо, добавляем измельченный лук и вымешиваем до однородного состояния.
Теперь берем большую сковородку и разогреваем на ней растительное масло.
Формируем из получившегося фарша котлетки и начинаем их обжаривать на разогретой сковороде с обеих сторон.
Получаются очень сочные и вкусные домашние котлеты. Вкуснее всего эти котлеты в сочетании с картофельным пюре, но вы можете использовать любой гарнир, на свое усмотрение.
