С начала лета до середины осени лисички радуют грибников своим ярким заметным внешним видом. Хозяек же интересует, как готовить эти желтые грибы, в которых не встретишь личинок или червоточин.

Подготовка
Перед тем, как приступить непосредственно к созданию блюда, грибы необходимо почистить и отварить. Чистка не вызовет сложностей. С лисичек убирают траву, землю, соринки, после чего тщательно промывают в проточной воде. Мелкие грибы можно не резать, а вот крупные перед варкой лучше разделить на 2-3 части.
Подготовленные грибы помещают в кастрюлю с водой и проваривают около получаса. Не забывайте, что в процессе варки важно периодически снимать пену. При желании можно бросить в воду щепотку соли.
Блюда из лисичек
Один из самых популярных рецептов многих хозяек - лисички в сметане. После варки грибы обжариваются на растительном масле. Чтобы придать пикантности, добавляют лук, перчат и солят по вкусу. После этого на сковороду добавляют жирную сметану, накрывают крышкой. Готовые лисички можно подавать как самостоятельное блюдо или с гарниром.
Маринованные грибы - украшение праздничного стола в зимнее время. Лисички можно мариновать разными способами: в естественном, обжаренном или проваренном виде. Подчеркнуть вкус маринада помогут несколько палочек гвоздики и корица. Хранить банки с маринованными грибами следует в прохладном темном месте.
Даже самые придирчивые гурманы оценят лисички, приготовленные в духовке. Они могут подаваться с рисом, пастой, картофелем или как отдельное блюдо. Альтернативным вариантом станет приготовление блюда в мультиварке. Помочь в процессе создания угощения для семьи могут даже дети - это очень просто.
Вкусным и сытным станет и суп из лисичек. Очищенные грибы погружают в воду. Когда она закипит, отвар выливают из кастрюли, заливая новой водой. Бульон варится 15 минут на слабом огне. Для заправки зажаривается лук, тертая морковь (можно добавить сливки или муку). К грибам добавляется нарезанный картофель. Подсолив по вкусу, заправку отправляют в кастрюлю и варят до готовности (приблизительно 15-20 минут).
Лисички - полезные и очень вкусные грибы, которые удачно приготовить сможет даже юная хозяйка. Разнообразие способов и блюд позволяет максимально использовать возможности этого продукта.
