Способы приготовления иван-чая
Лечебными свойствами травы для иван-чая наделены все составляющие: и стебель, и корень и даже цветки. Собирать цветки необходимо приблизительно в мае, когда бутоны открыты, но не полностью.
После сбора соцветие должны срезать, разложить равномерно на тканевой части, после чего скрутить и выжать сок растения. После этого остатки относят в место, где нет высокой влажности и оставляют сохнуть в духовом шкафу. Другие целебные части травы очищают от грязи и высушивают.
Как правило, лучшим вариантом приготовления считают следующий рецепт: заливают кипятком растение иван-чай, настаивают на протяжении 15 минут, а затем взбалтывают и принимают. Прием иван-чая позволит оздоровиться.
