altВкусные, нежные заварные пирожные любимы многими и часто пользуются спросом. Их покупают для чаепития, перед походом в гости или просто поднять настроение.

Чтобы порадовать своих близких изумительным десертом, необязательно посещать магазин. Можно самостоятельно приготовить, вкусное угощение, из простых, недорогих продуктов. Ингредиенты

Для теста понадобится:

  1. 250 грамм просеянной муки.
  2. 150 миллилитров молока комнатной температуры.
  3. 5 куриных яиц среднего размера.
  4. 150 миллилитров чистой питьевой воды.
  5. 100 грамм мягкого сливочного масла.
  6. Щепотка поваренной соли.
  7. Крем:
  8. 2 ст. л. просеянной муки.
  9. Два яйца.
  10. Полтора стакана молока, комнатной температуры.
  11. 1 стакан сахарного песка.
  12. По 2 чайной ложке сливочного масла и сахара ванильного.

Приготовление

В ковшик или кастрюлю наливают воду, поочередно добавляют сливочное масло с солью, ставят на плиту и доводят до кипения, периодически помешивая аккуратно содержимое. Не переставая мешать, присоединяют муку, до тех пока масса не получится однородной и без комочков. Снимают емкость с плиты, когда содержимое начнет легко отлипать от стенок.

С помощью венчика или насадки для теста на маленькой скорости взбивают полученное тесто. Не выключая блендер, добавляют молоко, яйца по одному. Когда масса получится густой и по консистенции напоминать крем, выключат кухонную технику.

Разогревают духовой шкаф до 180 градусов. Подготавливают противень, расстилают на нем пергаментную бумагу, смазанную небольшим количеством масла или силиконовым ковриком. В кондитерский шприц перекладывают тесто и выдавливают на форму небольшими полосочками. Отправляют в духовку на полчаса, по истечению времени выключаю огонь и не оставляют внутри еще около 10 минут, не открывая дверцу.

Пока доходят пирожные, готовят крем. В ковшике до однородной массы смешивают муку с яйцами. Отдельно подогревают молоко, смешанное с песком.

Ставят на плиту яичную смесь, добавляют сахарную жидкость, постоянно помешивая. Включают огонь, варят пока содержимое не загустеет, не забывая периодически размешивать. Убирают емкость с плиты, добавляют остальные ингредиенты.

Достают готовое тесто, делают сбоку небольшие отверстия и заполняют полученным кремом.

Вкусное и воздушное лакомство готово.
