Представляю вашему вниманию совершенно несложный рецепт приготовления картофеля с грибами в духовке. Блюдо выходит очень даже вкусным. Необходимые компоненты На 6-7 шт. картофеля, запекаемого в духовке, следует взять:• 600 г абсолютно любых грибов (будет вкусно как с белыми грибами, так и с обычными шампиньонами),• 1 ст. л. майонеза,• 2 не очень крупные луковицы,• 1 ст. сметаны,• 150 г сыра твердых сортов,• Соль и приправы по вашему вкусу,• Зелень для декорирования. Приступим:Отвариваем картофель прямо в мундире до полуготовности (можно воспользоваться для этих целей пароваркой), избавляемся от кожицы и мелко нарезаем его квадратиками. Отдельно обжариваем лук с грибами. Сметану смешиваем с ложкой майонеза и добавляем приправы. Включаем духовку. Теперь на дно подготовленной формы для выпекания в духовке укладываем половину нашего картофеля, накрываем грибами с луком, после чего насыпаем немного тертого сыра и поливаем сметанной смесью. Затем снова – слой картофеля с грибами, немножечко сыра, сметанный микс. Отправляем в разогретую духовку до зарумянивания, после чего посыпаем сыром и снова минут на 5 ставим в духовку. Перед подачей украшаем мелкорубленой зеленью.
