Приготовление:
Разогреть духовку до 190 градусов С, терморегуляторы помогут следить за правильностью температуры.
В большой миске перемешать курицу, брокколи, красный перец, чеснок, сыр чеддер, майонез, укроп, соль, миндаль и лук.
Тесто раскатать и поместить на подготовленный средний лист для выпечки. Скрепите вместе кусочки теста в единый лист. Используя нож или ножницы, разрежьте полосами в 2,5 см шириной по направлению к центру, начиная с длинных сторон. Там должна остаться полоса около 3 см в ширину по центру, с обрезанными полосами в виде бахромы вниз с каждой стороны. Распространите куриную смесь по центру полосы. Сложите боковые полосы над куриной смесью, чередуя полосы с каждой стороны, чтобы заплести "косичку". Скрепить, чтобы запечатать.
Смазать плетеное тесто яичным белком. Выпекать в предварительно разогретой духовке 25 - 28 минут, или до образования золотисто-коричневой корочки.
