На свете существует огромное множество различных кулинарных рецептов курицы, однако не все их них попадают в список любимых блюд.
Этот рецепт курицы в паприке подойдет тем, кому надоели старые рецепты, и хочется приготовить курицу как-то по-новому. Соус для этого блюда можно сделать из подручных ингредиентов.
Ингредиенты для приготовления курицы в паприке:
1 куриная тушка среднего размера
2 головки лука
3 ст. ложки растительного масла
1 лимон
2 ст. ложки томатной пасты
500 мл бульона
3 ст. ложки сладкой паприки
Соль
100 мл сливок
Рецепт приготовления курицы в паприке
Разрезаем куриную тушку на 4 части, после чего срезаем лишний жир и всю кожицу.
Репчатый лук мелко нарезаем.
Ошпариваем кипятком лимон, после чего обсушиваем. Натираем цедру лимона и выжимаем из него сок.
Разогреваем масло в сотейнике и обжариваем нарезанную курицу, до момента образования румяной корочки.
Вынимаем из сотейника готовую курицу и начинаем пассировать лук на том же масле, добавляем туда же паприку, все хорошенько перемешиваем и вливаем бульон (желательно подогретый). Так же в сотейник добавляем цедру лимона, томатную пасту и соль.
Доводим содержимое сотейника до кипения и продолжаем тушить на слабом огне еще 30 минут. Из готового соуса можно так же сделать пюре в блендере, но это уже по желанию.
Кладем куски курицы в сотейник с соусом и продолжаем тушить еще 30 минут.
За пару минут до снятия с плиты проверяем блюдо на соль, добавляем сливки и лимонный сок по вкусу.
