Повар – распространенная древняя профессия, сопровождаемая множеством физических нагрузок.
Поскольку повара все рабочее время проводят на ногах, а неудобные позы в процессе готовки приводят к негативному воздействию на руки и спину, специалисты часто подвергаются образованию профессиональных патологий, которые можно проверить тут на приеме травматолога ортопеда.
Виды
К наиболее распространенным заболеваниям поваров относятся такие патологии:
- Контактный дерматит – заболевание, образующееся в результате регулярного взаимодействия с жидкостью, моющими веществами, продуктами. Патология сопровождается сухостью кожи, образованием покраснений, которые регулярно чешутся и болят во время прикосновения.
- Инфекционные патологии – заболевания, образующиеся во время контакта с сырым мясом без наличия перчаток. Ослабленный иммунитет в результате нехватки движения повышает риск заражения.
- Хронические боли образуются в результате перенапряжения мышц из-за неудобного положения на протяжении всего дня. Как правило, боли появляются в области шеи, поясницы и рук. В дальнейшем повара начинают сталкиваться с остеохондрозом, артритом и другими патологиями опорно-двигательного пути.
- Варикоз – заболевание, образующееся в результате нахождения тела в одном положении на протяжении длительного времени.
Помимо того, повара регулярно сталкиваются с порезами, ушибами и ожогами. Как правило, травмы специалисты получают в результате невнимательности, связанной с переутомлением на работе.
Профилактика
Практически каждое профессиональное заболевание можно предотвратить:
- С целью предотвращения ожогов и травм необходимо придерживаться техники безопасности, использовать комфортную спецодежду и обувь, которые не будут сковывать движения и доставлять неудобств. При контакте с горячими приборами, важно применять прихватки, а при нарезке продуктов – не отвлекаться на посторонние предметы.
- Чтобы предотвратить контактный дерматит и другие инфекции, врачи рекомендуют применять перчатки. Также желательно понизить количество контакта с агрессивными моющими веществами, а контакт с продуктами желателен лишь с использованием специальных щипцов.
- Для предотвращения варикоза и заболеваний опорно-двигательной системы следует придерживаться определенного комплекса профилактических действий: диета, выполнение упражнений, активность и посещение массажных сеансов.
Работа повара – сложная профессия, нуждающаяся в соблюдении определенных правил безопасности с целью предотвращения ушибов, и образования различных заболеваний.
