Входящие нгредиенты:
2 столовые ложки свежевыжатого апельсинового сока;
1 ст. ложка белого винного уксуса;
2 столовые ложки оливкового масла;
1 ст. ложка свежего зеленого лука (нарезанного);
1 ст. ложка дижонской горчицы;
36 крупных приготовленных креветок, очистить, оставив нетронутыми хвосты
1 Тревизо салат, мелко измельченный
Приготовление:
Взбейте вместе апельсиновый сок, масло, уксус, горчицу и зеленый лук в кувшине. Посолите и поперчите по вкусу.
Поместите креветки в миску подходящего размера. Залейте соусом и перемешивайте, пока все хорошо не смешается.
Разделите Тревизо среди коктейльных бокалов. Сверху выложить смесь креветок и можно подавать. Блюдо прекрасно подойдет для праздничного ужина. А можете приготовить только для себя, налить бокал пива и поиграть в онлайн рулетку за компьютером.
Вы можете приготовить этот рецепт заранее, за 6 часов до подачи на стол смешать все ингредиенты, кроме салата. Сверху накройте полиэтиленовой пленкой, храните в холодильнике. Непосредственно перед самой подачей на стол выложите салат в бокалы и украсьте креветками.
