Рецепт и способ приготовления

Чтобы приготовить тушеную капусту с курицей и оставить о ней лучшие воспоминания, необходимо взять следующие ингредиенты:

  1. Капуста белокочанная.
  2. Морковь.
  3. Лук репчатый.
  4. Вода.
  5. Зелень.
  6. Филе куриное.
  7. Томатная паста.
  8. Масло растительное.
  9. Специи по вкусу и личным предпочтениям.

Когда все ингредиенты приготовлены, необходимо взять филе курицы, промыть его и избавить от лишней влаги, с помощью полотенец. Мясо нарезается небольшим кубиком. Далее его необходимо обжарить на сковороде, чтобы получить красивую корочку. Чтобы довести филе до готовности, на сковородку вливается вода и мясо тушится еще несколько минут.

За время приготовления мяса, необходимо очистить и мелко нарезать лук. Морковь натирается на средней или мелкой терке. Капусту также необходимо мелко нарезать. Можно использовать блендер для данной задачи, чтобы ускорить процесс.

Капуста добавляется к тушеному куриному филе и обжаривается вместе с ним. Как только она начинает размягчаться, к ней насыпают морковь и лук. Спустя короткое время обжарки, в сковороду необходимо добавить немного томатной пасты и воды, чтобы протушить все ингредиенты. Дополнительно блюдо доводится до вкуса любимыми специями.

Подавать можно в горшочке или на сковороде, как самостоятельное блюдо или к картошке, рису или другому гарниру, по вкусу.
