Заказать роллы в Ижевске теперь так же просто, как в Токио. В японских ресторанах умеют создавать десятки видов суши и роллов. Рестораны быстрого питания взяли это японское кушанье на вооружение. Суши и роллы принято заказывать на дом. Они представляют собой вкусные рулеты
Состав рулета: рис, рыба, морские водоросли и многое другое. Блюдо низкокалорийное, полезное.
Роллы готовят не только повара – профессионалы, но и простые любители вкусно поесть. Эти деликатесы можно крутить и в масштабах ресторана, и в домашних условиях. Любая хозяйка способна скрутить ролл.
Для начала вам понадобится:
- Изучить технологию приготовления.
- Освоить базовые рецепты.
- Подготовить нужные принадлежности.
Правила приготовления
- Холодные руки повара и рыба для суши. Поэтому рекомендуют подержать руки в ледяной воде.
- Для разного вида роллов начинка нарезается по разному. Например, в нигири-суши нужны тонкими ломтиками, а для маки-суши (роллов) — длинными полосками.
- В работе пользоваться острым ножом с тонким лезвием. Чтобы избежать прилипания ингредиентов к ножу и рукам, необходимо их смачивать уксусным составом. Рисовый уксус развести в воде.
- Наличие бамбуковой циновки поможет формировать роллы. Так же для этого можно использовать и подручные средства. Например, кухонное полотенце обернуть пищевой пленкой.
- Роллы отличаются малым сроком хранения, не более суток, а то и меньше (срок хранения начинки). Не рекомендуется готовить их впрок. Рулеты съедаются сразу.
Рецепт домашнего блюда
Роллы в виде цилиндров, окутанные нори называют хосомаки и футомаки. Начинка незамысловатая, разнообразная. Здесь пригодится японская циновка.
Лист сухих прессованных водорослей ложим на циновку матовой стороной вверх. Равномерно по водоросли распределяем подготовленный рис. От ближнего к вам и дальнего от вас края оставляем немного места без риса.
Проделываем центральную борозду пальцем. В полученное углубление помещаем начинку. Это сыр, красная рыба и свежий огурец.
Теперь аккуратными медленными движениями формируйте ролл с помощью закручивания коврика. Пустая полоска прикрепляется водой или уксусом.
Готовое блюдо нарезается кусочками и подается с соевым соусом, васаби и маринованным имбирем.
