Сазан рыба полезная и вкусная, к тому же она крупная и не костлявая. Рецептов приготовления этой рыбы существует множество. Я собрала на своем кулинарном веку небольшую подборку, как готовится сазан в фольге в духовке, по моему мнению, запеченный в фольге в духовке сазан гораздо лучше, чем жаренный, тушенный и прочее. Это касательно именно сазана. Давайте приступим.
Сазан в фольге в духовке – рецепт первый:
Необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления сазана в фольге:
700 грамм сазана
30 грамм майонеза
200 грамм репчатого лука
Две чайные ложки сухих специй
По вкусу соль и перец
Как приготовить:
Сазана почистите и промойте. Затем обильно посыпьте его с двух сторон специями перцем и солью. Почистите и промойте лук, после чего нарежьте его крупными колечками, толщиной в 3 мм. Пока лук на столе, посыпьте его специями, солью, после чего положите внутрь брюшка.
Далее обмажьте сазана майонезом и выложите на фольгу. Фольгу заверните, а края фольги (верх и низ вместе) заверните по 1 см два оборота. Потом ставьте запекаться в духовку на полчаса, выставив температуру 180 градусов.
Спустя 30 минут запакованный пакет с сазаном выньте из духовки и дайте постоять десять минут, чтобы соки впитались в рыбу, после чего пакет разорвите по верху и выложите сазана на блюдо.
Приготовленный таким образом сазан в фольге в духовке пропитывается луковым духом, а сам лук остается слегка упругим.
Сазан в фольге в духовке – рецепт второй:
Необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления:
Мелкие сазаны – четыре рыбки (всего на 1 кг)
Половинка небольшой тыквы
Одна головка репчатого лука
Приправа для рыбы (с сазаном отлично сочетаются душистый перец, пряные травки, лавровый лист, кориандр, черный перец, имбирь, паприка)
Как приготовить сазана:
Сначала сазана необходимо разделать, можете изначально взять разделанное филе. Затем небольшими кубиками нарежьте тыкву. Важный момент! Тыкву необходимо резать именно небольшими кубиками, в противном случае она просто не успеет приготовить вместе с рыбой. Почистите, помойте лук и нарежьте полукольцами. После этого на всю поверхность противня застелите фольгу и ничем ее не смазывайте, потому как сазан рыба жирная и
даст много жидкости.
Далее сазана выкладывайте в шахматном порядке и посыпайте его с одной стороны приправкой, посолите и, перевернув на другую сторону, эту сторону только посолите. Дальше рыбку посыпьте луком, а между ней выложите кусочки тыквы. Запекайте в духовке сначала при температуре 220 градусов 20 минут, а затем при 200 градусов еще 20мин.
После этого рыбку достаете, порционно раскладываете и поливаете жидкостью, тыква у нас пропиталась соком сазана, лишнего жира нет, рыба получается сочной, и нет необходимости смазывать сазана майонезом.
Сазан в фольге в духовке – рецепт третий:
Необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления:
Один крупный сазан
Картофель – пять штучек
Одна головка репчатого лука
Помидоры – три штучки
Тимьян
Масло растительное
Орегано
Соль и черный перец
Как приготовить сазана в фольге в духовке:
Сазан выпотрошите, и снимите всю чешую. Удалите плавники и тушку хорошенько промойте, после чего разрежьте на две части и выньте косточки.
Получившееся филе хорошенько натрите пряными травами, перцем и солью. После этого возьмите пищевую пленку, заверните в нее сазана и оставьте на полчаса. Сварите картофель в мундире, после чего почистите и кусочками нарежьте. Помидоры промойте и дольками нарежьте. Почистите и промойте лук, нарежьте полукольцами и поджарьте на растительном масле до золотистого цвета.
Далее возьмите фольгу и разделите на два куска, после чего сложите вдвое каждый кусок, промажьте изнутри растительным маслом и сформируйте из нее коробочку.
Перемешайте картофель, помидоры, лучок, добавьте перец, соль и полученную массу положите в коробочку из фольги, а на нее выложите рыбу. Сазана сверху смажьте растительным маслом и накройте второй коробочкой овощи и рыбу.
Разогрейте до 180 градусов духовку и примерно на 20 минут ставьте формочки запекаться. После этого с коробочки снимите крышку и запекайте до зарумянивания.
