Макароны с мясом. Очень вкусно и просто.
Нам потребуется:
• 300 г макарон
• 300 г говядины
• 3 вареных яйца
• листья салата
• 3 помидора
• 50 г майонеза
• зелень для украшения
• растит, масло
• соль
Начинаем готовить, это не долго.
1. Говядину заранее промойте и варите в подсоленной воде до готовности. Дайте остыть. Нарежьте на небольшие кусочки.
2. Макароны опустите в подсоленную воду и варите 15мин после закипания воды. Откиньте в дуршлаг, чтобы вода стекла.
3. На разогретую сковороду, смазанную растит, маслом, выложите макароны и говядину. Жарьте 7 мин на медленном огне.
4. Пока макароны с мясом готовятся, помидоры нарежьте кружками. Яйца очистите от скорлупы и нарежьте кружками, листья салата – небольшими кусочками.
5. На тарелки выложите листья салата, на них разложите макароны с мясом. По кругу тарелок аккуратно выложите помидоры и яйца. Сверху украсьте свежей зеленью. Полейте майонезом.
Майонезом можно и не поливать, все равно вкусно получается.
