altПри упоминании о крабовом салате у многих мысленно представляется картинка с блюдом приготовленного из сурими. Вкус знакомый с детства привлекает нежным вкусом и палочками цветом похожими на морской деликатес.

Получается, что состав угощенья не соответствует названию, а так хочется побаловать себя и знакомых праздничной закуской, с настоящим крабовым мясом.

Салат, из заветного морепродукта, порадует гостей и присутствующих за столом оригинальными вкусовыми качествами. Для аппетитной закуски помимо основных продуктов необходимо купить мясо краба. С приготовлением справится как опытная, так и начинающая хозяюшка.

Крабовый салат

Для легкого и простого в приготовлении блюда понадобятся следующие ингредиенты:

  1. 200 грамм настоящего крабового мяса.
  2. Средний кочан пекинской капусты.
  3. 200 грамм консервированной кукурузы.
  4. Майонез, греческий йогурт или сметана.
  5. Соль.
  6. Укроп по желанию.

Приготовление:

Разморозить крабовое мясо и нарезать охлажденное на небольшие порционные кусочки. Отправляют в миску или другую емкость. Промывают и нашинковывают тонкими полосками пекинскую капусту, отправляют к мясу. Открывают банку кукурузы, сливают жидкость и добавляют к готовым ингредиентам. Заправляют любым соусом, солят, посыпают нарезанным укропом и перемешивают. Перекладывают в салатницу и подают к столу. По усмотрению и личному предпочтению, можно добавить отварные яйца.

Крабовый салат с сыром рикотта

Блюдо порадует необычным вкусом. Для приготовления понадобится:

  1. 200 грамм крабового мяса.
  2. Два средних, гладких свежих огурца.
  3. 100-100 грамм сыра рикотта.
  4. Пучок кинзы или укропа.
  5. Один средний лайм.
  6. Пекинская капуста.
  7. Соль.

Приготовление:

Охлажденный морепродукт нарезают или разделывают на примерно одинаковые кусочки, средних размеров. Первый огурец тонко нарезают с помощью овощечистки, терки или другого специального кухонного приспособления. Второй овощ на тонкую соломку. Шинкуют зелень, соединяют с мясом и мелко порезанным огурцом. Солят, по желанию добавляю перец, и сбрызгивают соком лайма.

Ложку салата выкладывают на огуречный язычок, заворачивают рулетом. Для устойчивости закрепляют зубочисткой. На блюдо с листом пекинской капусты или другого салата, выкладывают рулетом и сверху добавляют мягкий сыр. По желанию украшают зеленью или кунжутом. Оригинальная и вкусная закуска готова.
