Салат из кальмаровМидии, креветки, осьминоги и многие другие морепродукты находятся в меню жителей вблизи Средиземного моря, поэтому считается, что от этого они отличаются долголетием и крепким здоровьем. У нас незаменимым морепродуктом и популярным был и есть кальмар, не имеющий неприятного запаха, обладающий нежнейшим вкусом. Из данного продукта готовят вкуснейшие салаты. Предлагаем вам салат из кальмаров, надеемся, что он понравиться многим.

Ингредиенты:

- 500 гр. кальмары;

- 1банка ананасов консервированных (около 380 гр.);

- 4-5шт. свежие огурцы;

- 1 шт. лимон;

- 5 шт. яйца;

- майонез (желательно густой).

Способ приготовления:

Тушку кальмара нужно обязательно почистить. Для начала её необходимо ошпарить, затем на доске извлечь рукой из средины кальмара спинную хорду. Она длинная и прозрачная, похожая чем-то на пластиковую полоску. Затем нужно счистить с кальмара (снаружи и внутри) верхнюю плёнку. Если тушку ошпарить, то плёнка снимается легко. Подготовленного кальмара промыть и сварить. Но варить необходимо аккуратно, если он переварится, мясо станет резиновым. Чтобы этого не произошло, в чуть подсоленной воде с капелькой лимонного сока отварить кальмара в течение 30 секунд, потом оставить в кастрюле под крышкой на 5-6 минут. Кальмары хоть и станут упругими, но очень нежными. Если же они после варки стали жёсткими, то потом варить их необходимо минут 30-40, они, хотя и станут мягкими, но уменьшаться почти в 2 раза. Поэтому их и нужно варить в кипящей воде не более 2 минут.

Огурцы нарезать кубиками (но не очень мелкими, иначе они быстро пустят сок), также нарезать кубиками: сваренные яйца куриные вкрутую и кальмары. Точно также нарезать и консервированные ананасы. Все ингредиенты соединить, добавить цедру лимона. Перемешать и заправить майонезом, смешанным с соком половинки или четвертинки лимона (кто как любит). Майонез должен быть обязательно густой, иначе он после того, как смешается с лимонным соком, станет очень жидким и просто стечёт с салата. Такой салат лучше всего подать в креманках, будет выглядеть порционно и очень красиво. Салат готов, кушайте на здоровье!
