Креветки ценный морепродукт богатый белком, микроэлементами и витаминами. Существуют разнообразные сочетания данного продукта с другими, но наиболее удачно дополняют нежное мясо креветок ананасы.
Обычно состав салата с креветками и ананасами достаточно прост. Для того чтобы приготовить такое блюдо достаточно 10 тигровых креветок, одного авокадо, небольшая банка консервированных ананасов, пучок зелени для украшения и соуса заправки.
Тигровые креветки не редкость в современных больших супермаркетах, однако, если получилось так, что достать их негде, можно обойтись и какими-нибудь другими. Масса креветок в очищенном виде должна быть около 250 граммов, если в вашем распоряжении есть свежие ананасы, они также прекрасно подойдут на замену консервированным.
Для начала следует приготовить заправку для салата. Вариантов соуса может быть несколько. Например 70 мл оливкового масла, сок половинки лимона, немного специй на свой вкус, 2 яичных сырых желтка, для того чтобы придать пикантности можно добавить столовую ложку коньяка. Для тех, кто соблюдает пост, подойдет такой вариант заправки: оливковое или растительное масло в том же количестве, сок трети апельсина и трети лимона, немного специй на свой вкус.
Те, кто не желает утруждать себя приготовлением, каких либо соусов, могут обойтись обычным майонезом.
Само приготовление не требует каких-то кулинарных сверх способностей. Замороженные креветки необходимо отварить в подсоленной воде вместе с небольшим количеством укропа, затем обдать холодной водой, очистить и нарезать достаточно крупными кусками. Авокадо необходимо разрезать пополам, очистить от кожуры и нарезать кубиками. Перед тем, как нарезать ананас, необходимо дать ему стечь, а потом уже измельчить. Далее самое простое, смешать все ингредиенты и заправить соусом.
