Из сельдерея и креветок существует довольно много рецептов вкусных салатов, такое сочетание признано классическим очень давно. Также допускаются различные варианты заправок к данному сочетанию. От популярной заправки: лимонный сок с добавлением оливкового масла, которая уже стала традиционной, до вкуснейшего соуса из зелени со сливками. Хотя, приготовленный салат с данной заправкой и будет калорийным, но он очень вкусный и можно где-то временно отойти от правил диеты.
Вам понадобится:
- 150 гр. сельдерей или 50 гр.;
- 200 гр. креветки небольшие очищенные или 100 гр. крупных;
- 60 гр. сливки;
- помидор (черри);
- 10 гр. оливковое масло;
- 5 гр. сока лимонного;
- 40 гр. огурец;
- 10 гр. базилик свежий и 5 гр. петрушки;
- 15 гр. лук шалот;
- различные специи.
Способ приготовления:
Креветки бывают разных размеров, поэтому определитесь, из каких будете готовить блюдо. Существуют крупные креветки, то есть тигровые (королевские) они больше всего используются для украшения стола. Более мелкие креветки обладают вкусом более выраженным. Наберите в кастрюлю воды, добавьте немного лимонного сока и отварите в ней креветки, постарайтесь их не переварить иначе они станут резиновыми. Если вы купили креветки варено-мороженые, то варить их нужно в течение 3-4 минут.
Затем их очистите, удаляя ножки с панцирем и обязательно специальную ниточку, так называемый кишечник, которая проходит вдоль хребта. Если вы используете более крупные экземпляры, то прорезайте брюшко до конца, а только надсеките, так они будут иметь более внушительный вид. Помойте сельдерей, просушите и нарежьте вдоль волокон на тонкие полоски. Для приготовления классического салата можете использовать обычную заправку из лимонного сока с добавлением оливкового масла и петрушки. Соль использовать нужно только морскую.
Чтобы приготовить вкусный итальянский салат необходимо черешковый сельдерей нашинковать, промойте хорошо огурец, нарежьте его небольшими кубиками. Лук освободите от шелухи, сполосните водой из-под крана и мелко нашинкуйте. Многие считают, что огурцы плохо сочетаются с креветками, но в данном салате, благодаря хорошей заправке, они отлично сочетаются между собой. Заправкой в таком салате служат уваренные сливки с добавлением базилика и различных специй. Украсьте салат по своему вкусу.
