Данный салат по составу чем-то напоминает классический оливье. Разница между ними в том, что в салат с семгой слабосоленой не ложится свежий лук, от чего вкус салата становится необычным. Большинство салатов с рыбой от мясных отличаются простотой и лёгкостью. В предлагаемый вам салат ложится слабосоленая или подкопченная рыба, а огурцы можно заменить маслинами, оливками или маринованными грибами, в соответствии со вкусом. Посмотреть место обитания рыбы и других морских жителей можно как то так, в центре дайвинга в Севастополе.
Ингредиенты:
- по 4шт. солёные огурцы и картофель;
- 2 шт. морковка;
- 200 гр. слабосоленая семга;
- 3 шт. яиц;
- майонез;
- петрушка.
Для майонеза:
- 0,5 ч. л. порошок горчицы;
- 2 шт. яйца;
- 300 мл. растительное масло;
- 2 ст. л. сок лимона;
- соль.
Способ приготовления:
Приготовим домашний майонез. Смешать аккуратно выжатый сок из лимона, горчичный порошок, яйца, соль, взбиваем миксером до однородного состояния. Со временем он должен приобрести более светлый оттенок. Затем постепенно тонкой струйкой вливаем растительное масло (в данном случае лучше использовать оливковое), взбиваем, чтобы загустела смесь. По вкусу можно положить чеснок и любимые пряности. Хорошо в такой майонез добавлять приправы или травы. Готовую смесь необходимо перелить в чистую емкость. Такой майонез хранится в холодильнике около недели и не портится, но лучше употреблять сразу после приготовления.
Отвариваем морковь, картошку и яйца до готовности. Потом нужно остудить и почистить. Яйца, очищенные корнеплоды, огурцы и семгу нарезаем на мелкие кубики. Если рыба попадётся пересоленная, то её необходимо заранее вымочить. В миске соединяем салат с семгой слабосоленой, все ингредиенты, заправляем домашним майонезом (если домашний не приготовили, то можно использовать магазинный). Берём тарелку или салатник и перекладываем наш салат, украшаем, проявляя фантазию, и подаём к столу. Ещё этот салат можно готовить с любой солёной красной рыбой.
