Хорошие хозяйки знакомы с рецептами изысканных блюд, приготовление которых не занимает много времени, а по стоимостному критерию они относятся к бюджетным.
Таким блюдом является салат со скумбрией консервированной. Предлагаем ознакомиться с простым рецептом приготовления салата.
Советы по приготовлению салата из консервированной скумбрии
Подготовительный процесс предусматривает покупку скумбрии в натуральном соку. Жирные или консервы в заливки не годятся для приготовления изысканного салата. Приготовление скумбрии подразумевает выполнение таких шагов:
- вскройте банку и вилкой выложите кусочки скумбрии в специально подготовленную емкость;
- если кусочки сильно сухие, разбавьте их натуральным маслом, оставшимся в банке;
- разомните скумбрию вилкой.
После последнего шага можно считать рыбу подготовленной для применения в салате. Скумбрия является продуктом, который идеально сочетается с овощами, рисом, яйцами. Поэтому хозяйки могут экспериментировать с салатами, прокладывая каждый из ингредиентов отдельно, слоями. При этом каждый промежуток между ингредиентами должен быть смазан соусом или при его отсутствии майонезом. В караоке ресторан LALALAND салат со скумбрией готовится по ниже приведенному рецепту.
Салат из консервированной скумбрии и овощей
Для приготовления салата понадобятся такие ингредиенты: банка консервированной скумбрии в натуральном соусе, 3 куриных яйца, луковица фиолетового цвета. По времени процесс приготовления не занимает много времени и отличается простотой:
- Необходимое количество яиц варится в отдельной емкости до крутого состояния. Выкладываются в холодное воду до полного остывания. Остывший продукт очищается от скорлупы и нарезается небольшими квадратиками.
- Предварительно очищенная фиолетовая головка луковицы ошпаривается кипятком. Благодаря указанной процедуре лук лучше шинкуется и из него удаляется резкий привкус. Далее головка лука мелко нарезается квадратиками.
- Приготовление рыбы выполняется по советам, указанным выше.
Каждый из продуктов нарезается в отдельные емкости. Дабы не затрачивать много времени повара ресторана заправляют слои салата изысканным майонезом.
Интересно! Придать блюдо изысканности поможет наполнение им самостоятельно приготовленных тарталеток. Указанное блюдо станет идеальным при подаче к фуршетному или праздничному столу.
