Процедура приготовления салата из фруктов с зеленым чаем отличается легкостью и простотой. Не нужно быть поваром экстракласса, чтобы получить качественный результат, который приятно удивит всех домочадцев.
Подготовка отнимает всего 20 минут личного времени, если загодя купить китайский чай на black-green.ru и остальные компоненты. А сам салат готовится не более четверти часа.
Состав салата
Необходимо запастись четвертой частью мускатной дыни и одним лаймом. Также потребуется взять пару киви и гроздь винограда без косточек зеленого вида весом в сотню грамм.
Среди ингредиентов еще нужен сухой херес. Его достаточно пару столовых ложек. Столько же заготавливается и сахарной пудры.
При приготовлении не обойтись без традиционной китайской растительности. Четверть килограмма личи требуется и четыре чайных ложки зеленого чая с добавлением жасмина.
Из всего этого фруктового богатства можно получить порций на четверых человек.
Стадии изготовления
Предварительно заваривается зеленый чай в трехстах граммах кипятка. Он настаивается в течение пяти минут. Потом его нужно будет процедить.
Пока заваривается вкусный чай, снимается цедра с лайма. Ножиком шкурка срезается тонкой спиралью. При этом стараются ее не обрывать. Затем выдавливается сок из экзотического фрукта.
Производится тщательное перемешивание зеленого чая процеженного и свежевыжатого сока, хереса и сахарной пудры. После этого добавляется цедра лайма. Все ставится на слабый огонь для варки в течение пяти минут.
Смесь остужают. Можно это сделать естественным путем, убрав с горячей конфорки, поставить емкость в раковину, наполненную холодной водой или разместить в холодильнике.
Подошла очередь и для обработки остальных фруктов. Киви очищается от кожуры и нарезается ломтиками. Аналогично поступают и с личи, заранее вынув из нее косточки.
Перед нарезанием дыни на дольки, она тоже освобождается от кожуры и косточек. Виноград мелкий оставляется без изменений внешнего вида, а крупные плоды режутся пополам.
На большой тарелке фрукты раскладываются четырьмя группами. Следует чередовать личи с киви и дыню с виноградом, или наоборот. Они поливаются охлажденной заправкой на основе зеленого чая.
Спираль от лайма можно расположить в центре блюда. Готовый салат строгой вегетарианской диеты содержит всего 159 килокалорий. Питательность зависит от спелости использованных плодов, их размеров, особенно экзотической дыни.
Улучшение вкуса
Вместо свежей личи можно взять консервированную в количестве 100 г. Разрешается добавить 3 веточки мяты, карамболь и белое сухое вино.
