Зеленые салаты
Мы привыкли делать разнообразные салаты из красной и белой редьки, но практически никогда не обращали внимания, что есть ещё и зелёная редька, которая очень полезна, она влияет положительно на работу желудочно-кишечного тракта, обладает желчегонным и мочегонным средствами. Из такого овоща можно приготовить любое блюдо, салат из зелёной редьки очень питательный и самый вкусный из овощных салатов. И не надо бояться, что она очень острая, помогут снять остроту натёртые или мелко нарезанные яблоки. Ещё в салат можно добавить оливковое масло – 1 ч.л. Зелёная редька пробуждает аппетит и её полезно есть в сыром виде.
Ингредиенты:
- 1 шт. кислое яблоко;
- 1 шт. морковь;
- 1 шт. редька зелёная;
- 1 шт. лук репчатый;
- 1 шт. огурец свежий;
- 1 ст. л. нарезанного зелёного лука;
- 1 зубок чеснок;
- мята свежея, несколько листиков;
- 1-2 ст. л. ароматный уксус;
- 1-2 ст. растительное масло;
- сахар, соль;
Способ приготовления:
Помыть и очистить овощи, натереть на свекольной тёрке. Нарезать соломкой лук-репку, залить её ароматным уксусом, руками размять, оставить, чтобы он немного настоялся. Порезать зелень мелко. Чеснок очистить от шелухи и порубить мелко ножом. Взять небольшой салатник и сложить туда все овощи, зелень, вынуть репчатый лук из маринада и положить в салат из зелёной редьки, посолить немного. Налить растительное масло, если будет необходимо, добавить щепотку сахара для вкуса.
Получается кисло-сладкий, освежающий салат, необыкновенного и приятного вкуса, из свежих фруктов и овощей. На гарнир можно подавать горячую отварную картофель, также данный салат можно кушать с рыбой и мясом или просто так, с хлебом.
