Ингредиенты

Для супа понадобится:

  • 500 грамм филе семги или лосося;
  • 300 грамм чистого риса;
  • одна веточка зеленого лука;
  • щепотка кунжутных семечек;
  • сухие нори по вкусу;
  • соевый соус и васаби по вкусовым предпочтениям.

Приготовление

Очищают рыбу от мелких косточек, кожицы и промывают. Ножом нарезают филе на небольшие кусочки, перекладывают в небольшую емкость, заливают чистой водой и отваривают до готовности, периодически убирая образовавшиеся пену с поверхности, чтобы не испортился вкус бульона. Важно не переварить, чтобы рыба не получилась резиновой.

Перебирают рис, избавляя от мусора и других различных примесей. Промывают под проточной водой. В отдельной кастрюле отваривают злаковую культуру удобным способом.

Нарезают зеленый лук небольшими, порционными кусочками. Берут пиалу или другую тарелку и приступают к дальнейшему приготовлению блюда. В посуду накладывают рис около 60 грамм, добавляют 65-70- г. рыбы и заливают небольшим количеством бульона и соевым соусом. Украшают нарезанным луком с кунжутными семечками и нори. Ингредиенты смешиваются перед приемом пищи, к которой подают острую приправу. По желанию в суп добавляют любимые специи, не перебивающие основной вкус. Это может быть соль или перец.
