Бонет-Флан – это произведение кулинарного искусства одного из самых уникальных народов с очень интересными традициями. Испробовать итальянскую кухню на вкус можно приготовив универсальный десерт, основой которого являются молоко, какао и сливки. Рецепт ведёт свою летопись со времён Западной Римской Империи, позже перекочевал к французам, которые дополнили его на свой вкус, но истинную историю бережет итальянский бонет-флан. Так как десерт очень сладкий считается осенним или зимним блюдом, а энергетическая ценность довольно высока, поэтому идеально подходит для завтрака и менее соответствует ужину.
Ингредиенты:
* молоко - 300-350 мл.
* вода 50-60 мл.
* ликер (водка) или ром - 5-7 г.
* яйца - 4 шт.
* печенье Амаретти (или любое другое бисквитное) - 120 г.
* сахар 250-270 г.
* какао (порошком) - 30 г.
* сливки - 150 г.
Первая задача - сварить сахарный сироп. Смешать 30 мл воды и 120 г сахара, желательно использовать кастрюльку с толстым дном и, постоянно помешивая, варить на медленном огне. Довести до кипения, и оставить, не мешать, подождать пока покипит и приобретет коричневый оттенок. Перелить в форму для запекания и отставить.
Для приготовления теста нужно измельчить все бисквитное печенье. Три яйца и еще один желток взбить миксером или венчиком до получения однородной массы, перелить в емкость к печенью, добавить также ликер, оставшийся сахар, какао, тщательно перемешать. Тем временем разогреть молоко со сливками и тоже добавить к тесту, перемешать. Полученную массу процедить и вылить в форму для запекания. Разогреть духовку до 150 градусов и отправить десерт на 40-50 минут.
Вынуть десерт из духовки и поставить на окошко немного остыть, а после поместить его в холодильник часа на два не меньше. Подавать готовый десерт можно с тертым шоколадом или пучком мяты.
