Наверное, каждая женщина, возвращаясь после долгого и тяжелого рабочего дня, задавала себе вопрос, что же сегодня подать на ужин. Задача при этом стоит непростая: еду нужно приготовить быстро, ведь на длительное стояние у плиты нет ни сил, ни времени, семье необходимо уделить минутку и о себе не забыть.
Можно, конечно, зайти в супермаркет и купить полуфабрикаты, но, во-первых, их состав – загадка для простых людей, а во-вторых, пельмени или вареники из магазина не насыщают так, как домашняя пища. Ведь еда сделанная в домашних тёплых условиях всегда будет вкуснее, ведь ёё приготовили вы сами. Выходом из этой ситуации может стать конечно же мультиварка. Время приготовления обеда, ужина или завтрака с ее помощью сокращается в разы, ведь за процессом жарки или тушения следить не нужно: чудо-приспособление само оповестит Вас о готовности блюда. Ну а возможность отложенного старта – это настоящая находка для современной хозяйки: с утра смешала ингредиенты в чаше, нажала на кнопку, а вечером уже с порога зовешь родных к столу.
Кроме того, функция нашей скороварки позволяет приготовить говядину за 30 минут, свиную рульку за час довести до состояния таяния во рту, а курицу подать на стол через 25 минут. Мультиварка дает нам неограниченное пространство для кулинарных экспериментов. Рецепты для мультиварки здесь. Так вот, в этом устройстве можно готовить два блюда одновременно, например, котлеты на пару и картофель для гарнира. Для этого поместите очищенный картофель в чашу, залейте подсоленной водой. В мясной фарш добавьте измельченный лукчок, промытые овсяные хлопья, яйцо, соль, перец, сформируйте котлеты и положите в предварительно смазанную маслом емкость для варки на пару в мультиварке. Выберите нужный режим - и через полчаса в Вашем распоряжении целых два блюда. Вот так вот круто получилось не правда ли?
Таким же способом можно порадовать своих родных гречневой кашей и рыбкой, рисом и овощами. Но если Вы не любите экспериментировать, не стоит расстраиваться, ведь рецепты для мультиварки можно найти на многих сайтах рунета, например здесь что приготовить на ужин . Единственный недостаток этой маленькой помощницы – ее неспособность ходить по магазинам, мыть и нарезать ингредиенты. А в остальном – один большой плюс.
