Необходимые ингредиенты для десерта с черносливом и орехами:
Для теста:
Яйца – 3 штуки
Сахар – 4 столовых ложки
Мука – 4 столовых ложки
Для крема:
Сметана жирностью 20% - 400 мл
Густой йогурт – 400 мл
Желатин – 30 грамм
Молоко – 200 мл
Сахар – по вкусу около 5 столовых ложек
Орехи и чернослив по вкусу
Способ приготовления:
Готовим бисквит:
Хорошо взбиваем яйца с сахаром, добавляем муку и перемешиваем.
Выкладываем тесто на бумагу для выпекания.
Ставим выпекаться в разогретую духовку.
Готовим крем:
В молоке замачиваем желатин и оставляем его для набухания на 20-30 минут.
Взбиваем йогурт с сахаром, сметану, добавляем нарезанный чернослив и орехи. Можете добавить один пакетик ванильного сахара.
Ставим желатин на маленький огонь, пока не растворится желатин, помешиваем.
После этого в сметано-йогуртовую массу тоненькой струйкой добавляем желатин.
Вливаем в форму и на несколько часов убираем в холодильник.
Затем готовое желе снимаем из формы и выкладываем на бисквитный корж. Лишние края бисквита нужно обрезать.
Также можете чередовать корж - желе, а сверху присыпать тертым шоколадом.
