Ингредиенты:1/2 стакана соевого соуса1/4 стакана растительного масла1 чайная ложка чесночной соли1/4 чайной ложки черного перца1 столовая ложка коричневого сахара1 чайную ложку сухого горчичного порошка2 чайные ложки молотого имбиря1/2 стакана ананасового сока6 половинок куриной грудки, без кожи и костей
Приготовление:
В кастрюле смешайте соевый соус, масло, чесночную соль, перец, сахар, горчичный порошок, имбирь и ананасовый сок. Доведите до кипения, помешивая, чтобы растворить сахар. Варить в течение 5 минут, затем снять с огня и дать полностью остыть. Когда остынет, поместите курицу в большой закрывающийся пакет и залейте маринадом. Выдавите столько воздуха, сколько сможете, затем запечатайте и поставьте в холодильник как минимум на 2 часа для маринования. А сами можете выбрать в этот момент душевые кабины интернет магазин прекрасно подойдет для этого.
Разогреть гриль на среднем огне. Когда будет горячий, слегка смажьте решетку.
Выложить курицу на гриль и отказаться от маринада. Готовить от 20 до 25 минут, пока сок внутри курицы не станет прозрачным, переворачивая настолько часто, как это необходимо для предотвращения подгорания.
