Сорт для суши имеет большее содержание крахмала, нежели другие привычные аналоги. Лучше искать упаковку с надписью, что продукт подходит для приготовления определенного блюда. Японский рис полезен, он имеет в составе: фосфор, йод, калий, цинк. Имеет круглозернистую форму и светлый окрас.

Не рекомендуется использовать пропаренный или продолговатый сорт. При готовности он будет рассыпаться и будет невозможно придать форму ролла.

Этапы приготовления риса для суши

Необходимые ингредиенты:

  1. Рис для суши – 250 грамм.
  2. Вода – 400 грамм.
  3. Уксус рисовый (можно заменить яблочным) – 2 столовые ложки.
  4. Сахар – 2 чайные ложки.
  5. Соль – 0,5 чайной ложки.

Процесс приготовления:

  1. Промыть рис в воде. Варить можно в мультиварки или на газовой плите. В первом варианте выставить функцию «каши», во втором – смешать рис с водой и варить до полного испарения влаги.
  2. Можно помешивать, чтобы ингредиенты не слипались.
  3. Заранее приготовить заправку: подогреть уксус на огне (или в микроволновой печи), нельзя доводить до кипения. Состав должен быть слегка теплым, чтобы специи растворились.
  4. Добавить сахар и соль, смешать до однородной массы.
  5. Остывший рис перемешать и добавить смесь с уксусом.
  6. Можно использовать для формирования сетов и роллов.

Чем качественнее ингредиенты, тем вкуснее получается блюдо. Если следовать всем советам, можно приготовить вкуснейшие суши в домашних условиях. Главное – выбирать свежую начинку и специальный рис.
