Болгарский перец – это кладезь витаминов и микроэлементов. Его цветовое разнообразие в кулинарии находит самое широкое применение. Это один из самых востребованных компонентов и используется он в большинстве блюд. Его употребляют не только в свежем виде, но ещё и маринуют, солят, консервируют, жарят, фаршируют, используют в различных рагу, супах, тушат вместе с овощами и мясом и добавляют в разные салаты. Вот необычный салат с перцем болгарским, в сочетании с твёрдым сыром, который советуем вам приготовить, обязательно должен понравиться всей семье.
Ингредиенты:
- 4 шт. яйца;
- 250 гр. твёрдого сыра;
- 2 или 3 болгарского перца;
- 1 шт. лука;
- 200 гр. майонеза;
- зелень;
- перец, соль.
Способ приготовления:
Лук почистить, сполоснуть холодной водой и нарезать полукольцами. К нему добавить сыр, натёртый на средней тёрке. Яйца сварить круто, охладить и почистить, в перце удалить семена. Нарезать яйца и перец соломкой. В миске все подготовленные ингредиенты соединить, посыпать перцем, солью и заправить майонезом. Можно заправку приготовить самому и смазать салат. Зелень помыть и мелко изрубить. Салат выложить в салатницу и посыпать сверху посеченной зеленью.
