Курица – диетический компонент – подойдёт к любому салату или закуске. Давайте начнём с простого варианта. Найдётся в доме всего четыреста граммов куриного филе? А теперь поищем две луковицы, сыра твёрдого граммов четыреста, грецких орехов примерно стакан и майонез. Если зёрен граната нет, купите ещё и гранат. Теперь всё есть.  Начинаем готовить. Отварим филе и охладим его. Когда остынет, мелко порежем. Замаринуем лук. Для этого порежем его и зальём уксусом и холодной водой, пусть постоит.
